Prospectuses

The printed copies of the Master Prospectus Registered with the SC (AmanahRaya Unit Trust Fund (“ARUTF”), AmanahRaya Syariah Trust Fund (“ARSTF”) & AmanahRaya Islamic Equity Fund (“ARIEF”) ) dated 9th October 2011 expires on 8th October 2012. No units will be issued or sold based on this Prospectus later than one year after the date of this Prospectus.

Information Memorandums

The Information Memorandum AmanahRaya Cash Management Fund (“ARCMF”) dated 17th February 2011 expires on 16th February 2012, the Information Memorandum of AmanahRaya Islamic Cash Management Fund (“ARICMF”) dated 8th December 2011 expires on 7th December 2012.

No units will be issued or sold based on this Information Memorandum later than one year after the date of this Information Memorandum.

AmanahRaya Syariah Trust Fund (“ARSTF”), AmanahRaya Islamic Equity Fund (“ARIEF”), AmanahRaya Islamic Cash Management Fund (“ARICMF”) & AmanahRaya Islamic Capital Protected Fund (“ARICPF”) had been certified as being Shariah Compliant by the Shariah Adviser appointed by the Fund.

The Application Form for Prospectus/Infomation Memorandum is available upon request through our Collection Points (Amanah Raya Berhad (“ARB”) Branches) or to our Head Office at Level 7&8, Wisma AmanahRaya, No 2, Jalan Ampang, 50508 Kuala Lumpur.

Unit Trust Loan Financing Risk Disclosure Statement as stated in the Application Form should be read carefully before completing and signing the application form.

Upon expiry of the Prospectus/Information Memorandum, the Electronic Prospectus/Information Memorandum may continue to be issued, circulated or distributed electronically, and that the Electronic Prospectus/ Information Memorandum is made available for purely informational and archive purposes only.
