Amanah Raya Berhad ("ARB") is Malaysia’s premier trustee company owned by the Minister of Finance Incorporated ("MOF Inc."). Since its establishment as the Department of Public Trustee and Official Administrator on 1 May 1921, ARB has served the nation for 90 years and is the market leader in providing trust, estate administration, will writing and custody services.

The Department of Public Trustee & Official Administrator was corporatised on 29 May 1995 and commenced its operations as ARB on 1 August 1995. As a Public Trustee and Administrator, ARB undertakes the following roles and duties:

• Legal, financial and administrative duties in the establishment of trusts and wills ;
• Trustee to unit trust funds and bonds;
• Asset manager of trust funds; and
• Administrator and executor of deceased estates.
